National Institute of Mental Health OCD
Symmetry, exactness, “just right” experiences, repeated checking
OCD में perfection-related content होना भी संभव है: symmetry सही न होने पर intense incompleteness, “not just right” feeling, या गलती से catastrophe होने का feared meaning।
2. Work email
3. Health
OCD में alignment “not just right” distress, magical feared consequence या compulsion के रूप में हो सकता है।
Clinician obsessions, compulsions, mental rituals, avoidance, reassurance, onset, course, insight, time burden, distress और functional impairment की history लेता है।
Diagnostic systems time burden
CBT with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) प्रमुख evidence-based treatments में है, और guidelines SSRIs को भी established option मानती हैं।

OCD के लिए obsession–compulsion pattern, distress/time burden/impairment और differential assessment देखे जाते हैं।
कुछ लोग anxiety से अधिक disgust, incompleteness, guilt, responsibility या “not just right” feeling describe करते हैं।
