NGO “UKRAINIAN PSYCHOLOGICAL HUB”
The NGO “Ukrainian Psychological HUB” is a nonprofit public organization that brings together specialists in psychological and physical health. We promote psychological education, create evidence-based informational materials, and help people find specialists suited to their needs.

The initiative that later grew into the Ukrainian Psychological HUB began at the start of the full-scale war as a volunteer psychological support project. We brought together psychologists from different regions of Ukraine to help people facing the consequences of war, loss of home, forced displacement and other crisis circumstances.
Over time, the initiative became the NGO “Ukrainian Psychological HUB.” Today we develop psychological education, a specialist directory, the Psychological Encyclopedia and other support projects.

The main part of PSYKHOLOH.COM — the Psychological Encyclopedia, specialist directory, informational materials and psychological support projects — is developed as part of the NGO’s activities.
PORUCH is a separate commercial project on PSYKHOLOH.COM. The seller of PORUCH goods and digital products is sole proprietor Diana Romanivna Bershadska. The NGO “Ukrainian Psychological HUB” is not the seller of these goods or products.

Our specialists draw on current scientific evidence and methods of psychological support with demonstrated effectiveness. The choice of approach depends on your needs, your current condition, the goals of the work, and the specialist’s professional competence.

The HUB grew out of a volunteer psychological support initiative that emerged after the beginning of the full-scale war. Respect, safe communication, accessibility of support, and careful attention to each person’s circumstances are central to our work.

We put the person’s needs and a well-founded plan of psychological support first, rather than the number of sessions. During the first meetings, the specialist can discuss your concerns, the goals of the work, the possible format, and the approximate duration of psychological support.

Communication between psychologist and client takes place directly. The HUB does not receive the content of consultations and does not maintain psychologists’ client records. Contact details that a person voluntarily submits through forms on the website are used only to respond to the relevant inquiry.

Psychological services are currently available in Ukrainian only; English-language support is in development.
